We came to see you as you had previously helped my aunt and uncle relocate to Spain and we are about to join them out there. When we first came to see you we thought that on our budget we would only be able to purchase a mobile home, but with your help and it has to be said, good advice and patience, we are now the proud owners of a four bedroom villa with a large plot of land.

We would also like to add how well the team in Spain looked after us on our viewing trips. They listened to what we said we would like and showed us a good range of property all within our budget and their help and support during the purchase has been nothing less that fantastic.

I would recommend i2v to anyone considering investing in property abroad, I had a budget to buy a villa in Spain and the reality was, I was able to purchase a reseller villa and a new build within my original financial parameters.

Their prices are so much lower than I had seen in other general magazine and internet sites and they offer such a well packaged all encompassing service too, builders, plumbers, architects, planning consents, mortgages, n.i.e. cards, banking, holiday lettings for clients, basically whatever is required, they provide the solution.

I have my own property letting agency based in Dartford, just up the road from the i2v offices and I have told Joe Browne that if any new clients would like to hear my views on why i2v are the best in the business, I would be happy to meet them and explain how they made my first venture in overseas property investment such an excellent experience.

I would like to recommend the team at i2v and H.E.D. if you want to move to Spain, they found us exactly what we wanted, at the budget we gave them, they got us moved in within two weeks, organised our bank account, identity cards, even helped us get our cats over to Spain, dealt with our temporary accommodation, even got rid of our car in England for us, whatever was needed they did it very efficiently.

Their help and advice is invaluable, plus they do all the little things too, they make it an enjoyable experience.

I have posted my recommendation here because i2v made all our dreams come true, I went to them after my dad had become very dissolusioned visiting overseas property exhibitions, feeling that we just did not have enough money to ever get to Spain.

They got us a villa at an ubeleivable low price, which my dad had to pinch himself even after we had moved in, because it had seemed so unreal. But here we are now in our 2 bedroom villa, complete with a swimming pool, set in 1 acre of grounds.

What more can I say, they listen to you, they work within your budget,they organise everything very efficiently and they really know what they are doing and what's more, they get you the best deal, they saved us a great deal of money in comparison to what we had seen previously.

We relocated to Spain and opened up our own bed and breakfast business, all with i2v's help and they handled every single aspect of the transition on our behalf. We are now selling that and relocating to another part of Spain and they are organising the sale for us and finding us another property, we will have made a nice profit on the transaction and that is all down to the professionalism and good advice received from them.
