One major advantage is all our properties come with a pre-approved Spanish mortgage provided by a local bank, who will have completed their own conservative valuation of each property. So when you buy via our offices, you know that there has been an independant bank valuation and that same lender is providing the mortgage to our client on the same basis that it is done here in the u.k.

ALL AGE GROUPS QUALIFY:

Whether your in your 20's or in your 60's, Spanish lenders will provide a mortgage on any of our pre-approved properties. So you dont have to raise the funds in the u.k., or sell your home in order to raise the cash to buy in Spain. The advantage being you can plan ahead without selling up or borrowing against your u.k. home. If your a parent concerned about how your children will ever be able to buy a house in the u.k., it might be better to help them to buy one in Spain at much less cost. If your contemplating retirement either now or in the future, it's much better to consider Spain, as the cost of living is so much cheaper.

We have trips every week, you can go weekdays or weekends, we arrange your travel and hotel accommodation, no need to hire a car, we handle all of your ground transportation needs too. We only need 48 hours notice to arrange a viewing trip.
